Hi! I'm Dr. Britt. I am a New Jersey licensed acupuncturist and hold a Doctorate of Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine. With a background as a competitive gymnast, I thoroughly understand the importance of achieving and maintaining health and wellness goals.  I currently strive to maintain my health goals by embracing an active yet balanced lifestyle and find great joy in helping others with their health and wellness needs as well.   I was initially drawn to acupuncture for its ability to heal many different conditions, and most importantly, heal them naturally. I remain drawn to acupuncture because it allows me to successfully practice this natural medicine with compassion, empathy, and understanding of the person I'm treating. I address each patient with individualized care making sure to account for all areas of health including physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual. I stress the importance of not just treating the symptoms, but also finding the root of the problem with each condition in order to fully heal. I whole heartedly believe in the power of this medicine and feel honored that you choose me to complement you on your health journey!
My acupuncture style: I practice a modernized Chinese Medicine approach to my treatments. While I keep the deep roots of Chinese Medicine theories and treatment strategies that are over 2500 years old within my treatments, I also incorporate the modern, researched, evidence-based medicine approach into my treatments as well. I find that this balance allows me the ability to combine the old and the new to form a revolutionary acupuncture treating style that has proven to help hundreds of conditions safely and effectively.
